ist 1963 in Nordböhmen geboren.

Weise studierte Freie Bildende Kunst und Geschichte an der Johannes Gutenberg Universität in Mainz, Deutschland, bei Prof. Alban Grimm und Pamela Stokes. Sie lehrt Kalligraphie und Schriftgestaltung in der Erwachsenenbildung. Die freien Arbeiten, die in ihrem Atelier entstehen und auf Ausstellungen gezeigt werden, sind Kompositionen von Schrift & Bild und Linol- & Holzschnitte. Zwei Aufenthalte in der Landschaft und Natur von den USA inspirierten sie zu einer Reihe mit 14 Linolschnitten und verschiedenen Monotypien.

Linotype Library zwei Schriften, die Linotype Charon und Linotype Scriptuale.

Weise studied Fine Arts at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany, with Prof. Alban Grimm and Pamela Stokes. She teaches calligraphy and lettering in adult education. The free works produced in her studio and shown in exhibitions, are compositions of hand lettering within pictures and  lino- & woodcuts. Two stays in the landscape and nature in the west a the United States inspire her for a series of 14  linocuts (1996) and several monoprints.

 

In the year 1999 and 2002 two of her typedesigns are published by Linotype Library, the Linotype Charon and Linotype Scriptuale.
